Duane R. Keeling was born and raised in Southern California, where he cultivated a lifelong passion for storytelling. A Vietnam-era veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Duane brings a unique perspective shaped by his experiences and family history to his writing. After a distinguished career spanning over 30 years as an IT developer and project manager, Duane is now an emerging author of Western fiction and biographical novels. He channels his creative energy into crafting vivid narratives that explore the lives and landscapes of the American West. Currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona, with his family, Duane works as a local freelance photographer. He possesses a singular ability to tell a compelling story, whether through the lens of a camera or the power of words.
